I'm in PA someone in California hacked my Facebook and yahoo mail accounts and changed my passwords They didn't steal money credit card bank account send any messages etc. I have the ip address. What can I have them charged with?

Response by Attorney Michael Kotik: It would be difficult to know for sure what you can have them charged with. It depends on what they actually did with your accounts. If you decide to press charges, you can contact the police and have them investigate. Upon their investigation they should be able to present you with the appropriated charges. Without knowing what that person did what your account it would be difficult to know for sure what you can charge them with.
