you said you needed more info on a question i asked- what would you need? the question was can you be convicted of a crime while you are incarcerated without any type of notification. this was answered by Craig Epifanio, P.A. Thank You.
Answer
What kind of crime? Where was the crime? Misdemeanor? Felony? Reason for not receiving notification? This is the reason I said you can't just ask a question on here without forming an attorney client relationship and thus the reason I suggested you contact an attorney in person. Most will give a free initial consultation and even if they don't, I'm sure the little you would spend would be worth it. However, as I said originally, "generally" speaking, you can not be convicted of a crime without notice. Whether you are incarcerated or not makes no difference when it comes to notice.
