If you have a closed divorce case but need to modify child support do you need to completely reopen the case and pay the filing fees all over or can you cut corners by just submitting a new parenting plan and reducing form and just pay the processing fess?
Answer
The fee to reopen a case is $50.00 - however sometimes that can be waived depending on the type of form you file. If you are filing a Modification perhaps not.
