Married couple separated. He moved out but still has a shed on the property. The house is only in the wife's name. He comes in when evere he feels like it. He said he can because he still hasn't changed his address yet. Can he do this?

Yes cause you let him. If you want to keep him off the property you need to file a petition for special relief specifically for the exclusive use of the marital residence. Once you file that the court will hold a hearing to determine if he has to stay off the property.
