What does it mean when a form says, This form must be witnessed?
Answer
It depends on the kind of form it is, but "typically" it means that you need to have one or more people sign as "witnesses" to confirm they witnessed YOU signing the form. Your signature and/or the witnesses signatures may required notarization too.
