If I have a change of venue hearing April 29. Should I attend mediation that is April 11?
Answer
Of course! It is possible (however I suspect highly unlikely because my personal opinion is that mediation is a complete waste of time) that your matter could be settled in mediation - making your change of venue hearing moot.
