Is Perdiem and overtime included in child support? If its a constant pay meaning he always gets it?

Child support is determined by NET RESOURCES - you can read about net resources on the Texas Family Code which is available on-line.
Net resources includes everything -- overtime, bonuses, rental income, money from drug deals, tips commissions, bonus, interest earned, etc.
It does not matter if it's consistent or not, it can be a one time payment like a bonus or a commission earned.
