my dad and his girfriend went and had a paper notarized stating that when one die's their children will inheriet their half of the house. will that hold up in any court of law in the stste of florida?
Answer
A paper notarized for the purpose of disposing of real property that likely
would be determined to be properly included in the estate of the deceased?
It's probably not worth the paper it's written on for the purpose
of achieving its stated objective, but, of course, that is merely my opinion and I am not a Florida lawyer nor familiar with the probate procedures/requirements of that particular state.
