due to lack of funds i allowed a judgement against me,no fault on my part,in 2008.the corp. that was formed solely to collect the debt was dissolved in 2010. in march 2012 the corp sold the judgement to a third party,is that legal,also if the corp has not existed for 2 years can the judgement be set aside

I doubt you could get the judgment vacated at this late date. Without seeing the paperwork, I cannot advise on the sale of the judgment
