I am a resident of California and was awarded the house in the divorce decree. Also and my ex was adivised move. I was ordered to pay Alimony and also to give $832.00 per month as divided property. My question is: can I stop paying the $832.00 per month and instead use the $832.00 as rent until my ex moves out?
