I would have to see the documentation to be completely sure, but it appears they are being held on a fugitive warrant (fug). The next step is For them to see if Nevada wants them back. If so, they make arrangements to extradite. Unless they waive it, they have a right to a hearing to determine if they are the person named in the fugitive warrant.
