Question

I was evicted in Philadelphia, PA. I already vacated the property months ago because of horrible living conditions. I know what the penalties are I just couldn't have my children living with roaches and mice everywhere- especially for the amount I was paying in rent. Anyway, I did not go to the court date on February 15th and a default judgment was issued. I believe the amount of the judgment is incorrect. I paid my last months rent upfront and from what I can see that amount was not deducted. Is there anything that I can do at this point to challenge this, or is it too late?

Answer

You may Bible to appeal the judgement and present your defenses and counter claim.
