My father died 3 years ago. My brother is the executor of the will and has done nothing. He will not give me a copy of the will. What recourse do I have?

If there were assets, hire alawyer and file probate yourself..after4 years the will is not enforceable..and the law of the Texas controls...but it could be expensive
