Can a repo man enter your work place to demand you give him the car and or it's location in front of management and staff?
There is no legal right to secrecy with regard to defaulting on a loan. Once you default, its no longer your vehicle.
If someone was driving your car around, dont you feel you'd have the right to confront them for it anywhere and everywhere? The repo man is acting on behalf of the bank.
If you are nice and polite, they tend to be a bit more discrete. But if you play stupid or are just an a$$ about it, then dont expect any respect in return.
