How do you take off Axel of a vw gold 1997?
Unbolt the axle @ transmission end, remove axle nut @ wheel hub side. Mark and remove the three lower ball joint bolts. Use Kukko 3283 drive axle press, or B.F.H. to dislodge splined end from wheel hub (careful with the latter method.) Install in reverse order.
