My mother has custody of my son for 2 years now. I just recently got served with court paper by the child support enforcement. I'm 2 months pregnant now and working but I may not work after the baby is born because I would have take care of the baby can I get in trouble for not paying child support or is there anything I can do?
Answer
If the children are in the care of someone else then you owe that person child support.
