Question

Can a compant legally charge you for services not yet available? Sprint is charging all of thier customers with smart phones an extra $10.00 per month for 4G data service. This service is not yet available anywhere near our area. Is this legal?

Answer

I personally have no idea under the particular service agreement that might

apply to your area, but, irrespective of that, why not challenge it anyway

with a written complaint to their customer service department?
