I was subpoenaed for a homicide case as a witness what can I do if I don't want to testify and if I don't could I be incarcerated
Answer
If you are subpoenaed, and do not show up, the court can have you arrested and brought to testify in custody. If you are afraid of testifying due to retaliation, I strongly advise you to speak to the DA to see what protections can be offered to you. Not going is a bad idea.
