Question

I was pulled over at 145 a.m at night. The officer reason of pulling me over because he said i threw a cigarette out the window. I don't smoke at all, he also said as well i was speeding 20 miles over the speed limit while he was following me Which was a lie. So i told him he saw the car i was driving and was profiling me.then he said i failed to maintain my lane that i was riding on the white line at 145 a.m at night. I was not ask was i tired, have i been drinking etc etc. So he wrote me a ticket for failure to maintain my lane the offer profiled me and had to write a ticket. Can this ticket be dismissed.

Answer

If it was dark and you were travelling at least 40 mph, how can you be sure the officer was profiling you?
