My girlfriend is poking holes in my condoms in an attempt to get pregnant. Do I have any legal recourse if she does get pregnant?
Answer
You have no legal recourse. You of course do not have to have sex with her. Any idea that you would even theoretically have a claim would be undermined by your knowledge that she pokes holes in your condoms yet you continue to have sex with her anyway.
If she does get pregnant, you would be obligated to provide child support.
