If an executrix hires an attorney to help with exicuting the will of the deceased who is the client the executrix or the benificiaries
Answer
The executrix; although the fee for the attorney and the executrix's commissions as well as the court costs are charged to the estate.
A beneficiary may retain his/her own attorney.
