Does electronic rust proofing interfere with any of the electronic systems on a modern automobile?

Does electronic rust proofing interfere with any of the electronic systems on a modern automobile?
In regards to automobiles, electronic rust prevention is a FRAUD. It works fine with pipes, seawalls, etc. but not with cars. The electrons that are forced in need a place to go, that will be a problem unless you sink your car into the ocean or bury it in the earth. Washing your car regularly is the best, keep it dry too. Rust just is what happens to old beasts.
