Question

If person damages a business via a truthful (written) recounting of his unfortunate interaction, can a court require indemnification regardless of veracity?

Answer

Too vague to answer. If you gave away trade secrets that would be a truthful recounting of it. If you went online and posted about how terrible the service was at the bar and that there was a cockroach in your drink, then there isn't likely anything that can be done by the bar owner, unless perhaps you were an employee/agent.
