Sister passed away with no will. She has 2 children, 1 adult, 1 minor. She was divorced at her time of death. The minor is now living with her father. The children (my niece and nephew) have asked me to handle all of the estate issues. My sister lived in Harris County, Texas and I live in Montgomery County, Texas. What do I now need to do? What forms? What court? Harris County or Montgomery County?
