I received a speeding ticket while transporting my niece to an ER. The officer could have let me off with a warning but chose to write the ticket anyway! In evaluating the ticket, I found an error. He had incorrectly filled out the ticket by identifying me as the owner when I specifically informed him that it was my brother's automobile! Is this enough to have the ticket dismissed?
