My boyfriend and I want to move in together. He has a two bedroom apartment. I have a 7 year old son that lives with me full time and he has an 8 year old daughter that stays 1 to 3 nights a week. We do plan to move to a 3 bd place in about 3 months when his lease is up. Is there anything illegal about this living situaion in the mean time? The children would not share a bedroom, we were planning on turning the livingroom area into a bedroom until we move.
