What are the disadvantages and advantages of go up one tires size?
usually the manufacturer supplies tires of size which is optimum for your vehicles performance.
if u increase the tyre size or width the surface of the tyre touching the road increases.that means friction also increases.more power is needed to overcome this frictional force and to get the tyre moving.this may result is reduced fuel efficiency and performance of the vehicle,although this is negligible if the increase in tyre size is very less.
On the other hand by increasing the tyre size you will have the advantage higher grip.higher grip means less skids,slips,and drivability of the vehicle.
