I am not sure if i am at the right place but I have a friend & his son has lived with his dad for the last couple years. His sister just moved down from NY & moved into the house with her family. Now she wants he dad to kick him & his son out of the house. My friend is unemployed at the time & has had a couple seizures. Does my friend have any legal rights to provent her from doing this. We live in Florida

He has no vested right to remain in the home, it truly is a family matter that they need to work out. This assumes your friend does not have any legal ownership rights to the home.
