I got a DUI when I was living in las vegas in 2002, I hads a NV drivers license.my license was suspended i paid the fines, served community service and got an SR22 for the time ordered. I moved to california in 2003 and got my license reinstated here. As I lived here prior to 2000. I moved a couple of times and in 2010 when I moved back here this last time, I recieved a letter telling me due to the 2002 incident in vegas i would be losing my license again. I had to pay more fines and attend a program for drunk drivers and AA classes. All this while I was pregnant. after I was almost complete with the whole program I found out my license had been reinstated and that the whole thing was a mistake... CAN I SUE? please help
