i am engaged to my fiance but we already have kids and he also has 2 other kid he does pay child support for all four (2 of mine and two of hers) how does this affect me or him on finiacially wise would she get more now that we are more and will they take away my child support?
Answer
You will no longer receive child support from him because you will be married to him. Her child support will not change.
