My license is suspended for 4th or subsequent DUI until 2018. Last conviction in 2008. Under new Ks laws can i get my license back sooner?
Answer
Under the new law enacted last year, you can apply to KS DOR for limited driving privileges. DOR will either grant you a limited privilege or else they must state the grounds for denial. I have already made application for driving privileges under the new law. Feel free to contact me if you wish to apply.
