What is my ex is constantly late picking up the kids and always wants to drop them off early? He is constantly (every visit) wanting to change the times. I can not make any plans when he is suppose to get the kids because of this and I feel like he's doing it to control me. What can I do?
Answer
If he wants to change the times, you can agree on a time that is better for you both.
If he is late, you can deny him the visitation because he is late. To be fair, I'd give him a few minutes leeway.
