going into foreclosure, mortgage holder trying to get us to sign a quit claim deed. That will force us to move within 2 weeks. If we don't sign, how long before they can force us out.
Answer
Depends on where you live. In some counties, because of the court schedule, foreclosures can take a really long time, as can master commissioner sales. You won't be forced to leave your home until after the house is sold at the master commissioner's sale.
