can you sue a judge for lying, he said he read my respone and I can prove he did?

Question

can you sue a judge for lying, he said he read my respone and I can prove he did?

Answer

I assume that you have a typo, in which you mean "he did not" instead of "he did." Given your grammatical errors and typos, I imagine he would not have understood your response if he had read it.

You are wasting your time suing a judge. They have immunity. If you feel you have been unfairly treated by a judge, the proper remedy is to file a complaint with the California Commission on Judicial Performance.
