Does Ex spouse still have to pay court ordered spousal maintenance if we remain living together but in separate bedrooms?

oh my... it sounds like the relationship has become economically interesting. The person ordered to pay spousal maintenance probably needs to have the order modified if the divorced couple has modified their living arrangements.
