I was in a position to help lend money that was expected to be paid back to someone I was involved with. Originally it was to be paid back within the month but more financial strain had accumulate and I helped adding up to around $3,000.00 USD. It has been several months with no plan of paying me back and just putting me off. She is technically not even a US citizen and I am unsure of the consequences of what I can do.
