I am getting divorced, do I have any rights to my home, without my name being on the loan/mortgage? The reason I was not on it is because I was a fulltime student when the house was purchased by my husband a couple months before we married. Also his father was/is the co-signer. Also, is it legal that he could throw me and my 11 year old out on the street? Thanks..Stephanie
