Can a buggati veyron beat a F1 car?

Can a buggati veyron beat a F1 car?
In a straight line at full speed, yes.
On a track, no. F1 cars are sharper in turns and accelerate quicker.
However, the top speed is electronically limited (championship rules) so the Veyron is faster.
