I need to know what paperwork to fill out so I can try to get a passed, 1 year, restraining order dismissed in California. The judge didn't swear us in during the trial and admitted evidence that wasn't delivered to the defendants. its civil, not domestic, but the family law, divorce tab was the closest one.

If it has been more than a year since the restraining order was granted, it is a little too late now.
