11 siblings inherited a home when parents died, 1 sibling has lived in this home for nearly 30 years, 6 (the majority) want her to buy them out. the Others (myself included) want her to stay in the home. The home is in Louisiana. Can the 5 force her out, or force her to sell in Louisiana after she has lived there for decades and has the permission and support of 5 of us?

In Louisiana, no one can be forced to own property jointly. Any one of the owners can force a sale or division.
