What is the first start motor?
If I understand your question, that would be the starter motor. It is engaged when you turn the key, or perhaps now push the start button. It is a very powerful little motor that "turns" the engine in conjunction with combustion. The pistons need to start moving as the spark plugs ignite the air/fuel mixture. The starter motor is engaged for a very brief time, and then disengages from the flywheel of the transmission.
It's the same principle of an ancient automobile you would actually have to hand-crank the engine to turn it and start the car.
