If I buy a phone and Phone sales person offers one price then when the bill comes they say they have to raise our rate to get what I already have on my phone.
MetroPCS said that the sales person made a mistake,
and that if I want to keep my service the way it is, that they will have to raise the agreed upon rate.
I have paperwork with the agreed price, although according to Metro it is not a contract.
Sounds like bait and switch to me.

Here's what you do; have couple of your friends talk to the same store / sales person to see if he will continue making the same "mistake"; if he does, you will know they're engaged in a bait-and-swith. Thereafter you call me and we'll kick their deceiving butt.
