Question

: Two days ago I received a letter from the Juvenile probation department stating that he was being charged with Theft $50-500 and Criminal Mischief. There is an appointment date for next week with the Juvenile probation department and now Im wondering what is it exactly they are going to do withg him on that day. Can you explain this to me?

Answer

That are going to interview both of you to gather information. If he has never before been in trouble, he will likely be offered deferred prosecution which means if he does as instructed, the case will be dismissed.
