What did trains look like in 1824?
Trains in 1824 they hardly even existed. The tracks were made totally of wood. Even the rails. There were many different men who built them but none of them were reliable. They were small. The locomotives usually had 2-4 driving wheels. The boilers were usually wood. The first reliable trains were didn't come into use until about 1829.
