What happened to artist Al Rubin who produced After the Third World Raspberry lightshow in 1967?
Al Rubin wrote and directed "After The Third World Raspberry", but did not produce it. The multi-media mixed-media before-its-time extravaganze was produced by Jerry Stern, known for his innovative marketing of soft pretzel-bagels from colorful vending carts around the city's most popular squares and colleges.
After the show had its run, Al Rubin pursued his interest in fine art in Boston and New York City, and subsequently moved to Florida where he became a very successful fashion and special-effects photographer.
