Question

Do you have to show up to court if you have a temporary injunction for protection against violence with out minor children if you left one county to another county in the State of Florida even though you moved all your stuff out of the house and is still a legal residence

Answer

If you've been served, then yes. If you don't, then an injunction will be issued in your absence. You should probably hire an attorney to help you with this.
