last stipulation for child support by the courts was 0 for each parent. 9 months ago my daughter moved to her moms full time but never once did she request modification. now, after 9 months she is asking for back support for the 9 months. is this allowed? shouldnt she have requested modification when my daughter first moved back?

Orders to modify support are retroactive to the date of filing the motion or request for order to modify support.
