Question

My husband borrowed money from his uncle. They had payment arrangement between each other. My husband's uncle has recently passed. Can his children sue for amount due?

In Ohio, the children themselves cannot sue for the amount, but if there is a probate estate with an executor or an administrator set up, then the executor or administrator can sue on the loan.
