Where does the condenser go?

Where does the condenser go?
Ignition- The condenser goes as close to the points as possible or feasible, its purpose is to absorb left over energy so that a spark is not created that will erode the contact points (it's really just a capacitor).
Air Conditioning- the condenser is the portion of the system that cools the compressed refrigerant to a non-boiling state, and is after the compressor.
