I've been in a committed relationship for 20 years (not married), had 2 children with this man, my youngest has autism but he's 18 now. I want to leave this man (who is an alcoholic) but I financially can not take care of my son without his financial support.(I do not work outside the home.). Can I sue him for support in court?
